Built around the counter, not the back office
- Loyalty programs
- Stamp cards (10 coffees = 1 free), points earned per amount spent, and memberships with simple renewal rules. Run several programs in one account.
- Wallet passes
- Each customer gets a branded pass for Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Balances update on the pass, so customers always see their latest progress.
- Staff scanning
- Staff scan the card's QR code in a browser, add a stamp or points, and see the reward status at once. Manual code entry is available when a camera isn't.
- Rewards
- Rewards unlock at the threshold you set. Each reward can be redeemed once, and repeated redemption attempts are rejected.
- Teams and roles
- Owners, managers and staff each see what they need. Staff can scan and stamp without seeing billing or settings.
- Audit trail
- Stamps, points and redemptions are recorded with who made them and when, so disputes are easy to resolve.
