Report content

Anyone can report content shown through MyPerkCard. That includes a business's logo, name, loyalty program, join page or wallet pass. Report it if you believe the content is illegal or infringes your rights, for example a copyright or trademark. You do not need an account to report.

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Content report". Your report should include:

• The exact location of the content. For a join page, give its full URL. For a wallet pass, give the business name and describe what the pass shows.
• A clear explanation of why the content is illegal. For copyright or trademark claims, say which work or mark is infringed, and state that you own it or act on behalf of the owner.
• Your full name and email address. For reports of child sexual abuse material, you do not need to give your name or email address. If a child is in immediate danger, call 112.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the report is accurate and complete.

When we receive a report:

• We confirm receipt by email.
• We review the report promptly and decide whether the content is unlawful or breaks our terms.
• We may remove or disable the content, or suspend the business's account. We may also take no action if we find the content is lawful and within our terms.
• We tell you our decision and the reasons for it.
• We send the business a statement of reasons explaining what was removed or restricted, why, and how the business can reply. A business can dispute the decision by replying to [email protected].

Reports that are manifestly unfounded, or that repeat an earlier report without new grounds, may lead us to stop processing reports from that sender. We warn the sender before we take this step.
